The Sussex Song Makers is a group of ten superb singers, who got together to make music. All ladies, they have established a fine reputation, particularly in Sussex, hence their name.

Their conductor is Elizabeth Muir-Lewis. Elizabeth is a singer, and a conductor. She founded and directed Eastbourne Choral Society for ten years.

Their programming embraces music from the 15th century up to today’s composers. Among others, this year their programme includes Mozart, Mendelssohn, Purcell, Frank Bridge, Malcolm Williamson and Charles Stanford.
